A heartwarming event was held at Damodar Colony, Garh Road, to celebrate the indomitable spirit of women who have triumphed over breast cancer. Under the banner of the Pink Wings initiative, 50 courageous women who successfully fought breast cancer were honoured for their strength, hope, and resilience.

The program was organized under the joint supervision of Base Super Speciality Clinic and Nutema Hospital, guided by Dr. Sudhi Kamboj, a leading name in breast and endocrine surgery. The event was designed to spread awareness about breast cancer, encourage early diagnosis, and celebrate the extraordinary women who have battled and overcome the disease.

Superheroes Among Us

The women, lovingly called “Superheroes”, shared their emotional and inspiring journeys of struggle and recovery. Each story reflected not only their physical and emotional endurance but also their unwavering hope and positivity. Their courage serves as a reminder that cancer can be defeated with the right treatment, awareness, and mental strength.

Guests and Highlights

The event was graced by former MP Rajendra Agarwal as the chief guest, who applauded the brave women and emphasized the importance of awareness and support in the fight against cancer.
The ceremony was hosted by Dr. Priya, along with Dr. Akshita, Yaman, Arkee Rani, Samar, and Bharti, whose collective efforts made the event a success.

Special recognition for dedicated service was given to Anuradha, while Dr. Rohit Kamboj, Dr. Vishwajeet, Dr. Bembi, Dr. Vijay, and Dr. Sandeep Garg were also present to lend their support and encouragement.
